Started in 2006, North Shore Mortgages originally operated as RAMS Lower North Shore and was located at Bridgepoint in Mosman. After deciding to leave RAMS in early 2008 the business moved to North Sydney and reverted to its original name - North Shore Mortgages. The Principal, Richard Kirby, has been in the finance industry since 1994 after working as State Manager for a national hospitality company. The move to the finance industry meant a steep learning curve with the plunge in to structured finance with a mid sized finance broking firm.
Thereafter Richard was involved with commercial and residential mortgages and small business lending with the likes of ANZ, Colonial State Bank (now CBA), CBA, St.George and commercial financial brokers.
North Shore Mortgages provides its clients with 'old fashioned' personal service. We offer easy to access, expert, local service. It's got to be good because as a local resident, our customers are our neighbours.
